Before you bid

Tees are Comfort Colors 1717: heavyweight, garment-dyed, soft, a relaxed unisex fit. If you're between sizes, size down for a closer fit. Sweatshirts are Gildan 18000 heavy-blend crewnecks, a classic roomy cut, true to size. Every sized product has a measurement chart on its page; hold a tape to a shirt you already like and compare.

S through 3XL on tees and sweatshirts (2XL and 3XL cost a few dollars more, because the blanks do). Mugs come in 11 oz and 15 oz: a cup of coffee, or a cup of coffee for a two-session day.

A little, like any cotton. Wash cold, inside out, and tumble low or hang dry, and the print and the size will both hold up. The mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.

Everything is printed after you order it. Printing takes 2–5 business days, then 3–5 business days in transit within the US. Most orders arrive in 5–10 business days. If you need it for a specific tournament, order two weeks ahead.

At partner print facilities in the USA. Your order is routed to the facility nearest you that has the blank in stock, which is why a two-item order occasionally arrives in two boxes.

Not yet. US addresses only for now, including APO/FPO. Shipping is a flat $6.95, free on orders over $75.

Yes. A tracking link is emailed when the order ships. If it has been more than ten business days since that email and nothing has moved, write to us and we will chase it.

We replace it free, no return needed. Email hello@thirdhandhigh.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and a reprint goes into production, usually the same day.

Because every item is made to order, we cannot take back a correctly printed item in the size you chose, and we would rather tell you that plainly than bury it. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order. If we made a mistake, that is on us and it is replaced free.

If it has not gone into production, yes. Email us as soon as you can with the order number. Orders typically enter production within a few hours, so the window is short.
